Dropbox reportedly in advanced talks to acquire Sigh
According to sources familiar with the matter, Dropbox is in late-stage discussions to acquire Sigh, a mindfulness platform for workplace stress. Financial details remain undisclosed, though sources say both parties "felt really good about it, emotionally."
A Dropbox spokesperson declined to comment but pointed to the company's long-standing mission "to design a more enlightened way of working," adding: "We've always believed that the future of work isn't just about files. It's about the people who open them."
"This is a strong strategic fit," said one industry analyst who requested anonymity. "Dropbox shares your documents. Sigh shares your pain."
The deal is expected to close on April 1, 2026. 😉
